Terms & Conditions

This document defines the terms of use for Realo platform, including: usage rules, restrictions, responsibilities, intellectual property, payment and billing, refund policy, referral system, and disclaimers.

1) Scope and Acceptance

By using Realo platform, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or browsing projects created through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

  • If you are using Realo on behalf of a company/organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
  • If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the service.
  • Additional terms may apply to specific features (such as referral or business plans), and become part of these terms.

2) Definitions

  • Realo/Platform: The system, dashboard, display pages, and any related services.
  • User/Subscriber: Anyone who creates an account or manages projects through Realo.
  • Visitor/End Beneficiary: Anyone who browses public project pages.
  • Content: Any data/images/video/text/files uploaded or published by the user.
  • Subscription: A paid plan for a specific duration.
  • Features: Tools such as media, units, templates, GTM, and contact links.

3) Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements
  • You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • The Service is intended for professional real estate business use and is not suitable for minors.
  • We reserve the right to request identity or business verification documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
  • You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You are solely responsible for any liabilities arising from the provision of inaccurate or outdated contact information.

4) Account Management and Permissions

  • One account/One identity: Login credentials may not be shared widely outside the authorized team.
  • Adding users: You are responsible for managing users within your account (adding/deleting/assigning roles).
  • Responsibility for activity: Any activity through your account is attributed to you unless you prove a breach beyond your control.
  • Authorization: If you are a company, the 'Owner' account is the legal reference for requests (cancellation/refund/transfer of ownership).

5) وصف الخدمات والحدود التشغيلية

تُعد ريلو منصة تقنية (SaaS) توفر للمستخدمين أدوات متطورة لإنشاء واستضافة صفحات تسويقية لمشاريعهم ووحداتهم العقارية.

5.1 نطاق ما تقدمه المنصة
  • لوحة تحكم مركزية لإدارة بيانات المشاريع والوحدات وتحديث حالاتها.
  • استضافة سحابية وتوصيل للمحتوى (CDN) للصور والفيديوهات وملفات الـ PDF.
  • قوالب تصميم جاهزة وخيارات تخصيص الهوية البصرية.
  • حقول مخصصة لإدخال البيانات التنظيمية الإلزامية (مثل رخصة الإعلان أو الترخيص العقاري).
  • دمج روابط وأزرار التواصل المباشر كما يتم تحديدها من قِبل المستخدم.
  • إتاحة تكامل Google Tag Manager (GTM) لأغراض التحليل التسويقي المستقل.
5.2 حدود المسؤولية وما لا تقدمه المنصة
  • لا تمارس ريلو نشاط الوساطة العقارية، ولا تمثل أي مطور أو جهة عقارية بصفة قانونية.
  • لا تضمن المنصة تحقيق مبيعات فعلية، أو نسب تحويل محددة، أو نتائج تجارية معينة.
  • لا تتحقق المنصة تلقائياً من الوضع النظامي للممتلكات أو صحة الأسعار والتراخيص المرفوعة.
  • لا تُشكل المعلومات المتوفرة عبر المنصة استشارات قانونية، مالية، أو عقارية مهنية.

6) User Content and Licenses

6.1 Content Ownership
  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish the content (images/videos/logos/files).
6.2 Your License to Us for Service Operation
  • You grant Realo a non-exclusive license to use, display, store, and technically process content only to provide the service (such as displaying images to visitors, optimizing their size, and storing them in the cloud).
  • The license ends upon removal of content/account termination, subject to backup and retention policies.
6.3 Third-Party Content and Customer Data
  • If you input data belonging to a third party (customer/owner/broker), you are responsible for the legal basis for processing and publishing it.
  • Do not input sensitive data unnecessarily and against regulations.

7) Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of these terms. Examples:

  • Publishing misleading, fraudulent, or inaccurate data/ads for the purpose of deception.
  • Violating intellectual property rights (using project images not belonging to you without permission).
  • Uploading files or links containing malware, hidden tracking, or phishing methods.
  • Attempting to hack the platform, bypass controls, or extract data from other users.
  • Using the platform to send spam, offensive content, or content violating public morals or regulations.
  • Manipulating the referral system or creating fake accounts to obtain benefits.

8) Third-Party Services and Links (WhatsApp/YouTube/Maps/GTM)

  • Your pages may contain links to external parties. We do not control their policies or practices.
  • WhatsApp: When clicking the WhatsApp button, you transfer to WhatsApp service subject to its terms.
  • YouTube/Embeds: Embedding video may activate cookies/tracking according to YouTube policies.
  • Maps: Displaying the map may depend on an external provider.
  • GTM/Tracking: If you add your tracking codes, you are responsible for compliance and privacy notices for your visitors.

9) Availability, Maintenance and Updates

  • We strive to provide a stable service, but interruptions may occur for technical reasons, maintenance, or updates.
  • We may perform updates that change the interface/feature/plan limits or add new functions.
  • We may temporarily disable certain features to protect the platform or address a security vulnerability.
Note

In cases of substantial, prolonged, and unusual interruption, we may consider a fair settlement (extension/credit/partial refund) at our discretion and according to the refund policy.

10) Privacy and Data Protection

Data processing is subject to the Privacy Policy published on the site, which is part of these terms. If text between the terms and the privacy policy contradicts on the subject of data, the text will be interpreted in a way that achieves compliance and protects rights.

  • You are responsible for your compliance towards your page visitors if you collect their data or use tracking.
  • We may ask you to delete/edit content that endangers the privacy of others.

11) Fees, Billing and Taxes

  • Subscription prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change for new subscribers.
  • VAT or other fees may apply according to the invoice and regulations.
  • You are responsible for any taxes/fees related to your business activity or revenue.
  • The service may be suspended if the invoice is not paid or the payment process fails.
Renewal
  • Renewal may be automatic or manual depending on the payment provider and your settings.
  • It is the user's responsibility to cancel the renewal before the due date if they do not wish to continue.

12) Cancellation and Refund

Refund and cancellation are subject to the published Refund Policy. For reminder (summary):

  • 30-Day Guarantee: For the first subscription only according to policy terms.
  • Renewals: May not be fully refundable and may be subject to specific exceptions.
  • Bank/Payment Provider Fees: May be non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks: A bank objection may result in temporary account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

13) Referral Program

The referral system allows rewards (such as a free month) in exchange for referring new customers. The system is subject to the following terms:

13.1 Eligibility and Calculation
  • The referred customer is counted if they subscribe and pay for the first time and are a real 'new customer'.
  • We may require the referral to be through a link/code or proof of referral according to your system.
  • Reward: One free month in your current plan for each qualified referral (unless stated otherwise).
13.2 Entitlement Time (Intentional Delay)
  • The reward is activated 30 days after the referred customer's subscription to avoid refund conflicts.
  • If the referred customer requests a refund during their guarantee, the referral reward is automatically canceled.
13.3 Restrictions and Abuse
  • Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or manipulating payments is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to cancel rewards and suspend the account if abuse is suspected.
  • We may limit the number of rewards or change program terms at any time (with notice for substantial change).
13.4 Nature of Reward
  • The reward is 'service credit/extension' and not cash amounts unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • The reward cannot typically be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.

14) Intellectual Property

  • All platform rights (software, design, interface, logo, basic templates) are owned by or licensed to Realo.
  • Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or exploiting parts of the platform without written permission is prohibited.
  • Any feedback/suggestions you send may be used to improve the service without obligation for compensation (unless a special contract stipulates).

15) Security and User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for protecting your login data and managing your team's permissions.
  • Do not input secrets or sensitive data that is not needed within project descriptions.
  • If you suspect a breach, you must inform us immediately to reduce impact.

16) Disclaimers

  • The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without absolute guarantees of non-interruption or error-free operation.
  • We do not guarantee marketing results, sales, number of customers, or returns.
  • We do not assume responsibility for users' content, its accuracy, legality, or impact on others.
  • We do not assume responsibility for disputes between users and their customers/visitors/third parties.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the system, Realo will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits/reputation/opportunities) resulting from your use of the platform.

  • Our maximum liability (if any) may be limited to the amount of fees paid during a specific period (e.g., the last 3 months) as permitted by the system and contracts.
  • The limit does not apply if the system prevents limiting liability in certain cases (such as intentional fraud).

18) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and protect Realo (including its employees and suppliers) from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from:

  • Your published content (images/prices/licenses/data).
  • Your violation of regulations or terms of use.
  • Your violation of third-party rights (IP/privacy).
  • Your use of tracking/advertising codes that do not comply with privacy requirements.

19) Termination/Suspension

  • You can cancel the subscription according to the account/support mechanism.
  • We may suspend or terminate the account upon violation of terms, presence of security risks, or regulatory request.
  • We may delete/hide offensive content or perform a 'temporary removal' until verification.

20) Data After Termination

  • We may lose the ability to display your public pages after the subscription ends.
  • We may retain data for a limited period according to the Privacy/Retention Policy and backups.
  • It may not be possible to delete financial records/invoices before regulatory obligations end.

21) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the regulations. In the event of any dispute, the judicial jurisdiction belongs to the competent authorities.

22) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page, and we may send a notice for substantial changes.

  • Your continued use of the service after the update may be considered acceptance of the update where the system permits.
  • Special terms may apply to corporate subscriptions/contracts according to a separate agreement.

24) Appendix: Common Scenarios (to reduce disputes)

24.1 'A customer said the ad is misleading'
  • Responsibility is on the user who published the content, not Realo.
  • We may ask to edit/remove content if the report is serious or there is a clear violation.
24.2 'My account matched due to GTM/Pixel'
  • Tracking codes you add may cause conflicts, and you are responsible for managing them.
  • We may ask to temporarily remove them for diagnosis.
24.3 'I want a refund after two months'
  • Subject to the Refund Policy and may not be eligible except for specific exceptions.
24.4 'My account was suspended because of content'
  • We reserve the right to suspend upon violation or legal/security risk.
  • We may request proof of ownership/license or immediate modification to avoid permanent suspension.
